Hello, I will be going into my final year at Durham in 2026/2027 and am seeking to carry on my existing tenancy but will need to find a new flatmate, I am posting early to avoid the rush in November for properties and to gather early interest.

NOTE, this is for 2026/2027, NOT 2025/2026!

The flat is very centrally located on Crossgate off on North Road. The room available for rent is pictured and is very large with a double bed.

The current rent is about ~£725PCM or £167 a week. It is not currently confirmed but the rent for 2026/2027 is likely to be very similar.

Bills are not included and usually amount to £90 per person per month.

The tenancy would run from July 2026 to July 2027
