A lovely cosy single bedroom, with single bed, single wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a desk. Shared kitchen and dining room. The room is in a terraced home, a cosy miners cottage with wood burning stove, brand new modern kitchen and bathroom.

I am a lecturer and live here with my daughter who is in her 20s. We have a spare room and would like to find a friendly, clean and considerate person to share. Females preferred. We have one dog, she is a 9 year old French bulldog so you would need to be dog friendly. She lives on the ground floor.

We have a beautiful little yard/outdoor space which is very sunny. We are in walking distance of a wide range of shops and amenities, 40 minute walk into Durham city centre and have good bus connections. Close to the A1 for travel. This is a pleasant neighbourhood and nice place to live.

There is a parking space to the rear of the house which can be rented at an additional cost of £50 per month.
