I’m looking for a housemate to join me from December/ January. House is located in Gilesgate just near the Sainsbury’s, easy commute into town/ uni buildings.
The room is 500pcm with a lovely private landlord, part of water and building management fee is included but council tax, internet, water sewage and electric are on us. You would have a single bed and sole custody of the main bathroom (I’m in en-suite room). Contract move-out date is flexible. House is fully furnished and has private parking space.
I am very tidy and easygoing as a housemate, looking for the same! Postgrad or young professional preferred (I’m a geography postgrad) but willing to consider all. I am a queer woman whose partner will visit on occasion, all are welcome but queer friendly is a must.
