Beautiful Ensuite in City Centre

Hi, I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my ensuite room (25/26). The room is the best I have lived in and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did if you decide to move in.
The address is Red Hill Villas, a beautiful house. It is situated eight minutes from the Durham bus station and the railway station. It takes about five minutes to walk into the city centre. The room is very spacious with a beautiful bay window with a view of trees, an elegant bookshelf, a large wardrobe, a comfortable bed and quite a few shelves. The rent is £541.67 per month (bills excluded). We have energy bills at 190 and water bill at 15.58 per month. We have a spacious kitchen with a lot of free utensils, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. There are three bathrooms in the house, although one of them is not in the house itself. My flatmates are both very kind guys, and you are welcome to arrange a viewing. You can move in from February 2026.
