Tenancy Takeover | Host Student Accommodation (Durham) | Studio | Available Feb 2026

Change of plans, so I’m looking for someone to take over my Host studio in Durham.

✅ Move-in: from February 2026 (exact date flexible)
✅ Room: private studio with en-suite and kitchenette
✅ Location: easy access to Durham University & city centre.15mins walk to most of the colleges and classrooms.
✅ Contract: remainder of a 46-week tenancy (ends summer 2026(7.31); exact end per contract)

Who can take it: Full-time student (Host requires standard checks/referencing).

How the takeover works:
DM me → viewing (in person or video) → provide details → Host approval & booking confirmation → move in.
