1 bedroom with ensuite available from after the 20th of March until mid September. First floor spacious room with a shared kitchen perfect for students. communal carpark and bike storage, with outside picnic areas and onsite laundry. Onsite receptionist and 24/7 security warden and very secure building. 5 minutes walk from durham train station. in prime location next to Hilde bede college in the viaduct. I am willing to negotiate move in date but tenancy ends in September, may be possible to sign on again for next academic year as well. will not have a flatmate in the same room but is a shared kitchen. the bedroom next-door is also available if a friend would be interested as well. please contact me for any more information!
