Hey, I'm PhD student in math department durham, I'm going to a secondment (not 100% garnteed) at Oct...and I need someone for subleting this property as I don't want to lose it since I'll comeback after 6 months. My landlord agreed that if I find some trusted post graduate I can keep the property otherwise I have to terminate my contract, please contact me if anyone's interested...The apartment is post graduate friendly, and furnished, and since I already have the deposit down there is only rent and bills that needs to be paid and it's 750£
