Looking for a replacement tenant

I'm looking for someone to take over my room（Faraday Court）from June 20 to September 22 💷170/week with all bills, in a 6b3b house.

The ground floor has a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a living room with a clothes drying rack and TV.

Subletting a room on first floor. The room is spacious and well-lit, with a double bed, a large wardrobe, full-length mirror, multi-level shelves, and a desk and chair.

5 and 8 minutes on foot to reach two bus stops respectively, making transportation convenient. The house is located in a community away from road, quiet and safe, with a parking spot.

15 minutes or so walk to the city center, Durham railway station and university library, 20 minutes to new Durham Business School.
