Replacement Tenant Needed - Full-Time Student

We've just had one person drop out of our 8-person house in Claypath, Durham (a four-minute walk from the town centre)
It is £179 per week, with water and wifi included! We have a lovely private landlord (Urbis Properties), and there are 3 bathrooms. It's a spacious house with a big garden, living room and an Aga in the kitchen.
We're all clean, friendly, and respectful. It's six girls and one boy, all going into second year, though 2 have taken gap years, so there is a range in ages.
The contract starts on the 8th of July, but the landlord can use the deposit of the dropped-out member to cover the first month of rent.
No council tax as we are all full-time students.
