I'm looking for 2 lodgers for the coming academic year (can be longer). The property is on Heron's Court in Gilesgate. One of the rooms is ensuite (bedroom 2 on floor plan) and the other is split into a bedroom and study (bedrooms 3 and 4). Rent does not include bills, but does include a cleaner for common spaces and bathrooms every 2 weeks, as well as shared househould essentials such as dish soap and kitchen roll. The place will be furnished as well as redecorated (not shown in photos), and kitchen equipment provided. I am looking for people who will keep the place clean and tidy. Postgrads preferred.

About me: I'll be starting my PhD in CompSci in October and I've just completed my Masters at Durham. I like hiking, nature, boardgames, bouldering, and gaming. It would be nice to enjoy the occasional night out, shared meal, or boardgame. I am also vegetarian although I do not mind sharing with meateaters as long as they're respectful. Note, the house is in council band D for £2551 annually. I am a student, so this amount will have to be split at the discounted rate between non-student occupants.
