I have a double room to rent on Sheraton Park at Nevills Cross which is afive minute walk from Durham City.

The room is fully furnished and all bills are included there is broadband included as well. There is a well equiped kitchen with dish washer and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The room has double bed, two bedside drawers, a desk, wardrobe and all bedroom doors are lockable.

Shared bathroom with bath also seperate shower room with toilet, kitchen and lounge. There is a private enclosed rear garden with barbecue.
