This is a small room, there is a wardrobe just outside the room, single bed, drawers, desk, radiator, double glazed.
The room looks out over the cul de sack.

We also have a large lounge with a dining table that you can use as part of your living space.

You will need to keep the house clean and tidy along with the other tenants.



There is no smoking in the house, you can smoke in the garden. The garden is huge with washing lines.

It is a clean and tidy house in a good area of Durham. Each room is well furnished.

The house holds 5 people when fully occupied.
