The room is well equipped with single bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving and broadband. There is easy access to the bathroom and kitchen, and it's very quiet if you wish to study. On-street parking. The room is let on a 'lodger' basis, sharing the house with the owner, who is not normally in residence. Lodgers are asked to comply with the Terms of Agreement and Housekeeping Notes in order to keep the house comfortable, clean and well maintained. Rent covers use of wireless broadband, kitchen/diner (with washer, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave), bathroom (NB bath not shower) and garden. Other facilities include gas central heating with combi boiler (instant hot water). There is no landline available for use.
