Single room with en-suite near Univerity

Thank you for taking the time to look at my advert.
I have a spare bedroom with its own shower and toilet. The room has a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is 11 years old and in good condition and adjacent to a park. It is in a quiet location adjacent to Ustinov halls of residence and a short walk to Durham city centre, University and Business School.
My daughter spends some time at my house and because of my this I would prefer to have a female housemate. I don't mind what nationality my lodger is as I love learning about other cultures and language (my last housemate was from Athens).
Whoever moves in must like cats as I have two and they are very friendly! I occasionally have my daughter's small dog stay for one night at the weekend (he's a friendly, calm, King Charles Cavalier spaniel).
I love music and when I get the chance I love to cook and go for walks or cycle rides.
The rent covers all bills with the exception of the landline telephone (I just use my mobile) and your own food and drink and en-suite cleaning materials)
