Hello,

We have a self-contained apartment/annex which has a standard double bed, en-suite with a kitchen and independent living area. There is an independent entrance on the side of the house. The kitchen has an oven, fridge freezer (not shared with us) and a washer dryer.

Shared areas of the house are the garden and drive way. There is an electric car charging port. Access can be negotiated if required for an additional cost.

We have a dog. If you are nervous of dogs that is fine we can isolate the entrance way. We would need to be aware as we use the garden space with her as well.

There is space on the drive way for a car. We are very well located for the A66 or the A19 north or south. If you do not drive the trainstation is a 15 min walk. There is a bus stop at the end of the road. The house <5 minute walk from Preston Park.

Couples:
Considered on a case by case short term basis, an additional fee of £100 pcm
Pets:
Unlikely but we may consider it individually. Cats are not possible.

Note: we will need access to the flat on occasion. The fuse board is in the annex for the whole property.
