We are just off the A19 turning and we are set in a beautiful location.
We both live in the house, at the moment the top 3rd floor is complete empty and we are looking at renting out the spare rooms.
The 3rd floor is spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Due to the nature of our business we have 5 dog that live inside the property. The dogs won’t have any access to the 3rd floor.
The cost per room is fully inclusive.
The rooms will be available for an initial period of 6 months.
The bedroom is currently unfurnished but will be furnished before occupancy.
