This is an old terraced house near to open countryside and the sea coast. It has recently been renovated to a high standard including new combi boiler, decor and carpeting.

Within easy walking distance are shops (including co-op), post office, fitness club, doctor's, dentist, chemist, hairdressers, motor mechanic and fast food outlets.

I teach dyslexic children and adults on a varying schedule. I am in very good health.
