Single room with sitting room in quiet village

My house is over 400 years old and used to be three cottages but is now one dwelling. It is located in the conservation village of Egglescliffe next to Yarm. There is a small front garden and a more spaciousband secluded rear garden. The village is accessed by a no through road so benefits from little traffic. Yarm is a five minute walk away and offers a variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as an attractive riverside walk.

The guest bedroom is on the first floor and has its own sitting room. The shower room is shared.

I am retired and around for much of the time.
