Quiet homely cottage near Durham

We have a large furnished double room with large en suite available + own living room also, have other rooms also that can be used if guest has friends or family visiting at no extra cost, lots or parking/storage; in a very peaceful location, with large gardens with stream. We are a few miles from Durham. Would suit professionals or mature students, would consider nightly, weekly or monthly. We are a very friendly and very helpful couple, we try and cook for guests when possible and we may be away for periods due to our work commitments. Any questions please ask. Thanks.
