I've a decent sized 3 bed house that has two spare rooms. All bedroom doors have locks. Each room has independently controlled heating.

I work away a lot so will rarely be in the house, one or two days per month maximum. Looking for tidy professionals or students who can respect the property and treat it as their own. Length of lease would be negotiable. All bills included. 60mbps full fibre internet included.

Large, fully furnished shared living room available at all times. 65 inch UHD TV, quality Hi-Fi and electric fire available for use.

Tidy back garden, mainly patio, with large outdoor sofa available, locked garage available along with loft space if extra storage is needed.
