To note: my house is on the market as of Monday the 14th October, as I’m looking for somewhere smaller and more manageable for me. It is not certain when my house will be sold as ive had no offers yet, but it most likely wont be for 6 months at least, so if it is a long term let you are looking for, I probably wouldn’t be the person for you.

I live alone and charging a reasonable price considering the current market and the increasing cost of living. I am currently employed full time in the local area.

£500 per month including ALL BILLS. Must be clean and tidy and willing to help around the house. Also must be a cat lover as i have two. Sorry no partners or friends are to stay over. Had bad experiences with my previous housemate taking advantage. However, can be discussed if it’s a one off occasion.

Price includes a furnished double room (pictured), also includes use of all the house and facilities; Amazon Prime, Amazon Fire Stick, Broadband, Gas, Electric, Water, Council tax (Band C), Private parking, Conservatory with dining table and a Front and rear garden (enclosed).

Ramsay Drive is situated on a public transport route to Spennymoor, Bishop Auckland, Durham and Darlington and is only a 8 minute walk to the local amenities. If you have your own vehicle the commute times are as follows;

Spennymoor: 7 mins
Bishop Auckland: 12 mins
Durham: 20 mins
Darlington: 30 mins

If you work in Durham and are commuting by public transport, it is approximately a 35 minute commute on the bus.
