Next to New College Durham, half a mile to the Hospital and a mile to the station. Lots of buses and local shops. Limited on street parking.

House has been totally refurbished and retrofitted with solar PV, renewable electric heating (no gas) and super insulated. Woodburning stove. Large garden.

Shared open plan living space, dishwasher and washing machine etc. Wet room with shower, so no bath, upstairs.

I work nearby but mostly from home these days, office hours. I am out a fair bit at weekends though not a night owl. Looking for a quiet friendly flatmate who doesn't mind pitching in and composting their teabags! There is a robot hoover :) however because its one room the living space does need to be kept tidy.
