A newly renovated house in Framwellgate Moor. I have 3 rooms available, a single (£400) a double (£500) and a large a large double (£550) which Includes 2 built in wardrobes Sofa, w/ the option of a desk and chair. I'm an easy going 40 year old male, looking for someone who's clean and tidy, I work away, so I'm not in the house all the time. I'm currently living with a Durham University graduate.
Minutes wall are lots of local amenities, co-op, Butchers, Greggs, Sainsbury's, chemist, 3 pubs. Buses go into Durham city centre every 4-5 minutes and the journey time is 5 minutes. Any questions just give me a call.
