Lovely room to let

We have a 2 well decorated, double rooms available from 1 October 2023 in a family home. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, settee, coffee table and storage unit. I can accommodate either Mon-Fri or full week lets. The shared bathroom is clean and modern and contains a shower and jacuzzi bath. There are two lounges so it is possible to have some privacy and space. We also have a large, well-equipped, recently fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is space for a car and/or bike, a good sized garden and free fibre wi-fi.

Location: Semi-rural village on the edge of a quiet estate, close to Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle.
