We have a well decorated, furnished, double room available in a lovely detached and quiet family home . The large bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and desk/chair. The shared bathroom is modern and has a shower and jacuzzi bath. There are two lounges so it is possible to have some privacy and space. We also have a large, well-equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is space for a car and/or bicycle, a good sized garden and free fast wi-fi.

Location: Semi-rural village on the edge of a quiet estate, close to Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle. Frequent bus service direct to Chester le Street and Sunderland.
