Large room with en-suite shower in quiet location

This beautiful room is very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a king size bed and a flat screen LED Smart TV.

There is a large well equipped kitchen and dining room, separate lounge, and utility room with American style fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. Other amenities include broadband, off street parking and possible shared garage space for bicycles or storage.

The house is peaceful, situated on the edge of a quiet village, overlooking fields, close to the Emirates stadium and ideally situated for access to the A1 and all major transport routes. However, please note there is no direct bus route to Durham so a car is essential if you need to work/study in Durham.

I am an easy going professional who works long hours, sometimes from home and ideally I am looking for professionals and contractors who need accommodation Monday-Friday or short term. 7 days a week can be negotiated if for a short period. A non-smoker is essential. The house has a resident cat.
