Spacious house ideal for professionals who need Monday to Friday accommodation while working in the area. Durham and Sunderland hospitals are a short journey away, as are the Sunderland Empire, Newcastle Theatre Royal and Durham Gala Theatre, making it perfect for medical or theatrical professionals. Additionally, night shift working can be accommodated. There is limited weekend availability due to family commitments but can be negotiated for short stays.

The house is peaceful, situated on the edge of a quiet, semi-rural village, and situated with easy access to the A1 and all major transport routes.

There are two rooms available, one with en-suite shower room at £125 a week and the other with a designated bathroom at £115 a week.
