Description
Here’s something a little different.
Apologies for the video I have just uploaded, I’d just moved onto the Marina and recorded this for some fiends. It does a good job of showing the accommodation.
An aft cabin double en-suite available from 16th of November.
After owning and running an HMO house share for 12 plus years with live in lodgers (more like friends really) I’ve decided to do the same on my yacht.
I’ll take the forward cabin that also has its own en-suite.
The living area has an Oled TV and a super sound system connected to the internet for music, YouTube, Netflix etc. free broadband included.
There is 230 volt shore power and a generator that powers everything up.
Full kitchen opposite a dining area for four that includes, 4 burner gas hob with gas oven and grill. Toaster, kettle and microwave. Plus a fridge and a freezer too. Everything is there to use - all pots pans plates, glasses etc.
I have a container at the rear of the numerous restaurants on the dockside for you to use too for overflow.
Access to the pontoon is through a secure key fob entry facility with showers, toilets and a washer/dryer.
CCTV provides additional security with cameras covering the pontoons and the car park that you have free access to for one car. Friends can have free parking for up to seven day by passing the registration to the Lock Office.
The Office also takes care of all our post and parcel deliveries. I even have my boat name and the office address on my Drivers Licence. Everything has been thought of to make living aboard simple and comfortable.
Sibin, the boat name, is very comfortable too. Anyone thinking boats are cold and damp will think differently if you come for a viewing. It’s warm and toasty since I can’t stand the cold! She has double glazed windows that I had put in.
We do occasionally go sailing and you would be more than welcome to tag along and we only go out if it’s convenient for you too.
This isn’t for everybody, it would suit someone who has or wants to live on a boat. And/or someone who is neat and tidy. It’s not a super yacht, this is not Below Deck!
If you think this might suit you, just send me a message.
Chris.
