Hidden Gem - very big double bedroom

The house is a 2 bedroom quirky hidden gem.

I am a sociable person but do like quiet times. The kitchen is newly fitted and there is a fridge freezer and washing machine.

There’s outside space however it is non smoking.

There is a Smart TV with Netflix and a kettle/toaster/mini fridge in the double bed room and a small table and 2 chairs. A folding desk space is also available. There’s a small drawer and a hanging rail.

Small sociable dog welcome (at extra £5 a night). Can not use the yard for toileting and can not be left alone. Second person welcome with additional charge of £25 a night.
Heating is included as long as remains within an acceptable amount. I don’t like the cold but wouldn’t have it on all the time.
