Two double rooms to rent in quiet street!

I have two double bedrooms available in my house in Horden. The street itself is incredibly quiet, the only noise you ever hear is from the school opposite when people are dropping their kids off.

The house benefits from a kitchen that’s recently been refurbished, a sitting room, dining room, downstairs bathroom and an upstairs toilet and quite a big yard outside. In the dining room, you can access the yard by the french doors or the back door towards the end of the kitchen.

One of the double bedrooms also has loft access for extra storage if required. The house is quite big so everyone will have their own space!

Both rooms include bills (WiFi, Sky Tv, water, council tax, gas and electricity).

Potential flat mates mustn’t mind the company of pets as I have a dog and two cats. The dog comes with me to work as I’m a dog walker but the cats are pretty chill and enjoy their own space.
