Single Furnished Room

I have a single room in my house in Horden, Peterlee. There is already one male tenant. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, that will pitch in to keep the house clean, friendly, good sense of humour.. No substance users please.
Professionals preferred. The house has been refurbished and furnished, bed linen can be supplied or you can bring your own. No pets, sorry. If interested and I respond, please, can you answer mails as sadly, many ignore messages back from me.
