Shared bathroom, large kitchen and living room.
10 min walk to Horden beach.
Walking distance to local shops and supermarkets.
Horden train station is 5 minute walking distance from the house with direct train to Newcastle (about 40 mins), easy connecting trains to get to Durham, Darlington and other destinations.
Bus stop outside the house, takes you to Peterlee centre, Durham and surrounding villages.
My son is an underage teen therefore careful picking of the right person will be applied, and the potential lodger should be comfortable with the arrangement.
Happy to consider someone with a pet but only if compatible with our cat.
Smoking, vaping is ok as long as in yard.
It’s a quiet place but city and town rush is easily accessible.
