Double Room in Quiet Location (Mon - Fri Only)

Semi detached house in a quiet village. Easy access via car or bus to Durham, Bishop Auckland & Newcastle areas. I work in Washington and takes me about 25-30 mins to get to work depending on traffic. Takes roughly 12 mins to get to Durham centre.

Lots of nature walks nearby, village shop & fuel station just down the road. The house overlooks a beck and forest area and can all you can normally hear with the window open is the birds singing.

Room offered is a double room with single occupancy. Garden at the back with table and chairs. I have a 13 year old indoor cat who spends most of his time asleep, but he is indoor only so cannot be let outside at all. Driveway parking and have room for storing certain items in the garage.

Mon-Fri only, length of let can be discussed. All bills are included.
