We have a spare room in a very spacious house in a small village on the A19 between Peterlee and Hartlepool. The room would be ideal for a young professional and all parts of Co. Durham and Tees Valley are accessible by the A19.
The household consists of my wife and I with two of our three sons (23 and 18). Our other son (20) is currently living elsewhere with his girlfriend and son but occasionally they stay with us.
We have had teo successful tenants who enjoyed the use of our the facilities in our bathroom, kitchen and utility.
We have wireless broadband which is included in the cost to rent our double room.
