Double room Lanchester

Large double room 3m x 3.8m with walk-in wardrobe. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living rooms. Off road parking and large garden. The cosy farmhouse is 8 miles from Durham with a bus stop just outside.
The village of Lanchester has lots of shops and eating places. I keep hens in the back garden and there are often fresh eggs available.
The room is quiet and west facing, so lots of evening sunshine.
I am looking for someone I can get along with in my home. I like gardening, dance and acting. Happy to have a business person who needs a place a few days a week and doesn’t want to stay in a hotel. I work from home a lot of the time and travel frequently. From time to time there will be other guests in a private suite.
Council tax is Band F and is included in the rent.
