Small room with double bed

Furnished room in terraced house. The house has a dishwasher and washing machine so not to worry.
I work as a roofer so l'm at work Monday to Friday from seven till four so the house is empty during the day except for my dog, but he's no harm and the dog walker takes him out in the middle of the day. He's a wee cocker spaniel just so you're not expecting a monster.
I'm looking for someone with good craic basically, cleans up after themselves and is easy to get along with.
Seven miles outside of Durham lies Lanchester - a lovely village with everything you need and only a fifteen minute bus to Durham where you can get to anywhere. There are plenty of nature walks around which is perfect if you like the outdoors or have a dog.
