The flat is currently occupied, but will be available from 1st April, (please note the photos include the tenants property) the flat does include a fridge, washing machine and cooker, a sofa, shelves and wardrobe. A single bed can be provided if needed.
The flat is on the ground floor, and is south facing so benefits hugely in the summer months!

As the flat is quite small we do not accept couples / children / pets. Unfortunately we cannot accept DSS as we don’t have an account with the council.
A full months rent must be paid in advance, plus a bond of £250.
Minimum contract is for 6 months.
