Next to the bus station (10 min drive to Durham centre), 35 min walk to science site, 20 mins by bike (I have mine on offer as well).
Spacious, bright room with beautiful view, queen-size bed. Shared kitchen, bath, living-room, garden, washing machine, dryer.
My lovely housemate (final-year PhD, female) will stay until October (from where on it should be easy to find a new sub-tenant for the second room).

Bills: 60-120£ pp/month (depending on heating season)
