Room to rent

Hi guys
I m Fabio from Italy and I live near Durham , in Langley Park
I m 32 years old and I Work full time as manager of a driver company and during the weekend in the stadium ( sometimes )
I spent almost the time out the house and I love traveling during my free time

The room will be available from September but I will be on holiday in Italy for a month , the ideal will be from 1st October or last two week of August
I'm open to have someone even for a short period if you need to visit someone in durham or to find a house around

I Will stay for sure another year in uk until the end of September 2025 to obtain the full permanent status ( because of Brexit )
Then I will see

I m looking for an housemate to share the full house
I really care about the cleaning of the house , for me is a must
I love to cook and to travel
The price included bills , wifi etc
The house is perfect if you are a student as there is a bus stop for durham city centre and for the train station
For any problem I got two van and a car , so we could always arrange something if you need shopping to lidl or similar of course
