House share in beautiful period home

Exceptional south facing, furnished, double room with shared bathroom in period property in a rural setting. House is south facing, furnished to a high standard. Living room with wood burning stove large farmhouse kitchen. Car parking - car needed due to rural location though there are (infrequent) local buses available into Durham.
Five minutes drive from Sherburn village on the eastern side of Durham with small supermarket and Post Office; 8 minutes drive to large Tesco and other shops at Dragonville; 10 minutes easy drive to A19 and A1.
House is large 4 bedroomed property which you would share with myself (landlord) and one other tenant who has his own en-suite. I am an artist and maker and an introvert, appreciating peace and quiet. I am looking to share my house with a quiet tidy person, male or female, non smoker, initially for a month for both parties to see if the arrangement works.
