Hello, I have a lovely house in Middleton St George. I am looking for a tenant to rent a large bedroom with en suite.

The bedroom has furniture and a king size bed.

The house is in a good area. There is off street parking for one vehicle. The house is five minutes walk from the railway station, shop, cafe, and bus stops.

There is a large kitchen ample storage.

Also, there is a shared lounge.

Wifi available.

I am looking for a responsible working tenant to share with. Most bills are included subject to an agreed fair use policy. Council Tax is not included so I would ask for a contribution towards this please.
