Females only, because our granddaughters requested this. We're a couple in our 60s, young at heart, and we've had house guests for 13 years. Two of them twice. This is a 4 bed house in a quiet and respectful road. The fully furnished room was once 8 x 8, before we added a 12 x 12 extension. The room is clean and welcoming with ample storage. The house has off-street parking and a medium-sized garden. We have an upstairs shared bathroom and a downstairs shower room. Heidi is an indoor, well-behaved dog and there's 2 outdoor cats. Employed please, as the house is often cool during the day. We're 1 mile from Teesside Airport, 3 minutes walk from Dinsdale Station, (Half hourly trains to Darlington, Stockton and Middlesbrough), 4 miles from Darlington, and this lovely village has shops, cafés, pubs, hairdressers and take aways. It also has lots of lovely walks. The council tax band for this house is C.
