Double room available in lovely detached house.

Hello.

I have a double room available in large 3 bedroom house. The room is currently unfurnished and is freshly decorated. Furnishings can be bought to the preference of the person staying in the room. Since photographs were taken both bedroom options have been emptied and decorated in neutral colours. There is a choice of rooms available....... Entirely up to you.

I currently have no broadband as I work away alot and the house is empty, therefore, I didn't see the point getting it put in. This can be changed to suit.

I work away from home through the weekend and rarely come back on weekends. So the house is almost always empty. Therefore, i am looking for a trustworthy lodger.
