Double + single room to rent

I have a single and a double room with bathroom facilities to rent out to a suitable tennant. I am a live-in landlord looking for a conscientious, professional female, who is a non-smoker, is quiet and respectful of others, and is employed. I am willing to rent the room out Mon-Fri. (Weekends will be considered for the right person). The house is in a lovely, quiet area of Newton Aycliffe, with easy access to the A617, A68, A689, and A1(M).
