Single Room To Rent

I have a single room for rent within my 3 bedroom house close to the town centre in Newton Aycliffe.. fully furnished with single bed (bedding included), TV and free sky channels. Ample storage and wardrobe space, heater.. very comfortable room.
Unlimited fibre optic broadband by BT and all bills included in price.
You will have access to the whole house as expected, comfortable sitting room, kitchen, bathroom. I am not living there full time but visit regularly. There is one male living there and working full time, also not always at the house.
A 2 week deposit is required on moving in (£130), as well as one week rent up front. The deposit will be returned to you on leaving the property subject to the condition of the room and also 2 weeks notice required prior to leaving then the deposit will be returned.
Room is available from October 2021.
