Double room to rent. Unfurnished/Furnished. In the photos there is a single futon bed & chest of drawer hand hang rail - this can be kept in the room if it is preferred. If you have your own furniture - double bed and wardrobes can fit perfectly and the current furniture can be removed :)

The rent amount of £85 per week- includes the following bills; council tax, gas & electric, water, broadband, tv license. Free view channels on the tv & Netflix.

The rest of the house is fully furnished with a drive for parking, and a garage for any storage purposes. A front lawn and private garden. Upstairs and downstairs toilets. Very spacious & tidy (I have no pets)

House share for woman only please - I would prefer to live with a young girl around the same age, as it would be nice to have girlie nights when I have an occasional friend over myself in which they can join:)

I’m an easygoing, outgoing person. Love making new friends as I’m not from here, but just want a nice roommate to get on with.
