I have a 3 bedroom property with a conservatory and garden to the front and back. I have a double bedroom that is fully furnished with a double bed and mattress available to rent. I am looking for single people who are looking to move out of their parents, save for a mortgage, or just not wanting to live alone. No children or pets please. Benefits/UC welcome and preferred as I am currently on benefits.

I am a quiet autistic person who prefers a quiet night in, movies, snacks and anything arty. I love music, playing guitar and Taylor swift.

Rent can be discussed at what you can afford. I'm not particularly looking to make money out of this, just want to help a single person out with living costs and general company.
