The property includes parking spaces. The room is furnished with a king-size bed and desk. The area is very quiet and is just 20 minutes away from the city center by bus. There are several bus stops nearby, with the closest one only a 3-minute walk away.

We are PhD students and are looking for a fellow PhD student who values a quiet and focused lifestyle, as this is essential for sleep and study.

My current flatmate and I share grocery expenses for preparing dinner, but this is entirely optional—you’re welcome to join or manage your own arrangements.
