Room for rent in modern three storey town house located in a new estate within the village of Sacriston. A stones throw from Durham city centre and also close to the A1M. Main bus route to Durham is at the top of the street. New College Durham approximately a mile away. Durham
University only a short car/bus journey.

Room is currently furnished with King Size bed, flatscreen Smart TV, triple wardrobe, bedside table etc but if you prefer your own furnishings I can supply the room unfurnished. No smoking in house.

Shared kitchen, W/C with bath and shower separate shower, living room, large garden with decked area and pergola etc.

I am a clean and tidy person so the house reflects this. I work full time Monday-Friday (Days). I’m a 29 year old male, recently separated from long term girlfriend hence looking for a lodger to help with bills. There is only me and my dog in the house and I live a chilled out lifestyle at home - no wild parties etc. As said I do have a dog but he is fully house trained and great with people and other dogs. Also he is kept clean so the place doesn’t have that dog smell. You wouldn’t really notice he’s there.
