Hello! I am advertising a double room to rent with beautiful views over the hills. The room will suit a female mature student or professional. The house is 7 minutes drive for Durham City Centre, with excellent transport links. The rent includes all bills (with reasonable use). The room is available from 4th January 2025 but earlier/later moving date can be arranged if needed.

Now about me! I am a live in landlady with experience of sharing my home. I am a lecturer at Durham University and work between home and the office. I am friendly and easy going but also enjoy my own space so the room is suited to someone who is independent, does not play loud music. I am clean and tidy but not a neat freak.
