Double room in shared house on Durham bus route

Sacriston is a friendly community, with a good selection of shops and takeaways, and a very good local farm shop. It is on bus routes to both Durham and Newcastle, offering ideal commuting.

My house is a Victorian mid terrace house freshly decorated. The rental includes use of both reception rooms, sunny garden, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, with shower. The house has full central heating and is warm and cosy.

The room is a double room with carpeted floor, double bed, wardrobe, built in cupboard, decorated in neutral colours.

I am a lecturer at both Durham and Newcastle Univesrities, although I often work at home. Ideally, I am looking for someone to share the house rather than live in their room, so ideally want a tenant who shares some of my interests.
