I have a double room available in the quiet residential area known as East Shore, Seaham, Sunderland district. Nearby towns and cities include Durham and Newcastle. Good transport links with A19 being a 5 min car ride away and A1 10 minutes. Surrounding areas are also ideal for walking and cycling. Local businesses are close enough to walk to but not close enough to hear.

Only a 2 minute walk from an amazing seafront and amenities. Town centre is a 10 minute walk. You will have your own fridge freezer, cupboard space, bathroom cupboard and full use of all kitchen & bathroom facilities. The bedroom has a large chest of draws, underbed storage, bedside cabinet and a double wardrobe. Bedding and towels can be provided. The garden is privately secluded and not overlooked plus it is a suntrap all day long. All bills are included including wifi.
